British Columbia native Colin Farquhar has been involved in the creation & reproduction of sound since an early age, when a fascination with how a record player worked led to early forms of scratch mixing!  A lifelong enjoyment of music was fostered by both parents and grandparents, whom encouraged him to begin learning the clarinet at the age of 13, and to become involved with Professional Audio at the age of 12. 

Since those early years, he has been lucky enough to be exposed to a vast variety of both musical & technical experiences, which have shaped his current skill-set.  Colin is a firm believer in the interaction of music & audio, as these two fields have a great bearing on each other.  His unique perspective on audio, from both a musicians and technician’s perspective ensures that both musical and technical events are approached with the goal of the absolute best outcome for the client.
